The topic of the Internet in relation to enormous capitalist firms such as Facebook and Apple are central to understanding the world today. These companies shape how we interact with each other, from the discussion on Fake News to everyday interaction in life. The Internet should be a common good, but is rather a market to make money and the effects of this are enormous. That's why piracy is resistance, and this is why this event is so important.
